Relaxing stay in Whitesand Sala Villa

I found the staff cute in all areas. Villa 12 was perfect, a spacious treehouse with good furnishings. The view from the cabin was great, as was the jungle vibe, the private swimming pool, and the outdoor shower under the sky. We loved the free pickup from the pier. It was seamless.
I only missed drawers to put clothing away and a wardrobe.

The staff were helpful before and . I loved that the hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the ferry. This service definitely makes arrival and departure smoother, so I rate this aspect highly.

Our villa had a beautiful patio with a great view. The rooms are large, and I appreciated the shack vibe, the daily cleaning to a very high standard. The bed was also super comfortable.

Breakfast was included. I enjoyed the beautiful restaurant. I also loved the location because it was quiet and peaceful. The resort beach had calm, clean waters, and it was easy to walk down the beach to restaurants and bars.

Decent stay with some minor issues
great locationlovely stafftired resortreception area
i stayed in the honeymoon cottage villa for a few nights. the location is great and the staff were lovely. i really liked that i could just walk down the beach to the main strip of bars and restaurants (it was very convenient).
i did notice the resort was a bit tired. when i arrived, i was greeted with what seemed like warm ribena. the reception area also needed repainting and cleaning (it looked a little worn).

unreliable hot waterunsanitary buffet
The hot water system was not reliable. A cold shower one morning woke me up quickly. the restaurant had a lot of flies around the buffet area, and i worried about the hygiene. the noise from nearby bars continued late into the night, even after i requested a quieter room. i found that hard to sleep good. also staff were not really friendly to me, noise disturbance
